“If the market determines the decline of coal, then so be it. But no viable, dynamic industry that employs thousands and keeps energy rates affordable should also have to compete against zealots masquerading as our protectorate-regulators from Washington.

With the reelection of this administration that never saw a tax, expenditure or regulation it didn’t simply adore and want to embrace to the fullest this will be an opportune time for states to find new and creative ways to protect their citizens’ rights and freedoms.”
