Internships

The Bluegrass Institute for Public Policy Solutions is seeking out undergraduates, graduate students, law students and anyone with a passion for advancing the ideas and principles behind a transparent, accountable and limited government in Kentucky.
 
The Bluegrass Institute offers full- and part-time internships with work related to the following areas:
 
      Public policy analysis
      Administrative duties, including state budget analysis
      FreedomKentucky.org writer
      Computer and IT assistance
      Video projects
      Blog writers
      Citizen investigative research
      Analyzing checkbook registers and spending
      Online social networking
 
What you can expect to gain from an internship with the Bluegrass Institute:
     
      3-6 month internship duration
      Interns will attend regular meetings at one of the BIPPS office
      Potential opportunity for published work
      Flexible hours
      Exposure to the founding ideas of the nation and how they relate to current issues
      Meet/interface with liberty movement leaders, policymakers and business community
      Attend events
      Access to a wealth of policy information and our library of liberty books and writings
      Gain project experience for resume
      Generate professional references
