It’s a rarity. Steve Beshear, the incumbent governor of Kentucky, is actually going to show up for a campaign debate tonight. This could be scary. The gubernatorial debate is at 8 p.m. eastern tonight. Shhhh…but we better not say “debate” too loud because Beshear, for the most part, has refused to participate in any event…
