State school board told most low-performing schools not turning around

Age 18 parent survey???

I’m starting to hear some doubts about the recent survey of parents that supposedly says something like 85 percent of Kentuckians would like to see a minimum dropout age of 18 in Kentucky. Some of those concerns involve this graphic, which supposedly shows educational backgrounds of the parents surveyed. Aside from some obvious graphing errors…
